Performance
P118 is based on MTK6572, MTK6580 or MTK6737 chipset, with so many choices offering so many features to customers, this chipset is perfect for multitasking. You may enjoy games and apps that are not very demanding in terms of graphics. The RAM is 1GB, and the internal memory is 8GB and it is available to the user.
While this $30 phone isn’t flashy, it did manage to score a Very Good in just about all of our testing categories. When you get right down to it, it’s a midrange phone with a couple of nice extras.
Controls

P118 has a classic layout in terms of controls. On the front, above the display are placed front-facing camera, earpiece and light/proximity sensor. Below the display are three capacitive buttons. On top of the device sits a 3.5 mm jack, while at the bottom is the USB port with a noise-cancellation mic. On the left side are the volume up-down button and below it is the power one. At the top end of the backside is the rectangular camera module – centrally positioned, with a vertically placed dual-LED flash to its left. Above the camera is a small hole, which is the second noise cancellation microphone. At the bottom end to the left is the speaker grille with a single speaker inside.
