Process of Production
With an idea comes a product. Before a product comes out, there is always an idea. However, all ideas does not become a reality most of the time. In industrial chain of mobile phone, an idea will be displayed as a project plan, which needs to be approved before it goes to production. If approved, structural design and hardware design run first, followed by mould opening and SMT trial producing. Then, a handset will be in the making, but it's not the end. A perfect produce has to make its way out through bitter hardship. That's also what we believe in.
Below we present you with a plan of our essential production process. Please check it out.
Production Schedule Plan
The process of production can be divided into three phases. Normally speaking, it takes at least 80 to 90 days before it comes to volume production and delivery if the process is smooth and there is no unexpected interference.
1
1st Phase
It takes 20 to 30 days to progress from defining a cell phone product to structural design and develop mould.

2nd Phase
It takes 30 days from hardware design to sealed sample.

3rd Phase
It takes 30 days from small production to volume production.
However, the time consumes depending on the requirements of mobile phone in terms of quality and technology. Nevertheless, a desired gadget is all we insist and dedicate to making.
